James Fuller has built his career at the intersection of government, politics, and strategic communications — and has held senior roles in each. He began as an aide to U.S. Senator Pete Domenici, where he managed the Senator's 2002 re-election campaign, the Heather Wilson special congressional election, and led the New Mexico campaign for President George W. Bush's 2000 presidential run.

President Bush subsequently appointed James to serve as Chief of Staff at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, and later as Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief Operations Officer at the Transportation Security Administration — giving him firsthand experience of the government communications environment that most consultants only observe from the outside.

Following his public service, James joined Public Strategies, Inc., a Texas-based strategic communications firm, where he rose to become President and Chief Executive Officer. Following the firm's merger with Hill+Knowlton Strategies, he oversaw H+K's Texas offices, served on the U.S. leadership team, and led the firm's crisis and risk practice nationally.

James founded ArenaComms with a clear mandate: to deliver more impactful results through senior-level engagement on every client relationship. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico.

Jason Huntsberry brings more than two decades of leadership spanning the White House, the world's largest communications firms, and executive management in the private sector. His range — from political strategy to corporate crisis to food distribution — gives him a breadth of perspective that is genuinely rare in this industry.

Jason served as an associate director for the Office of Political Affairs at The White House under President George W. Bush, and was the regional political director on the John McCain 2008 presidential campaign. He then moved into strategic communications, joining Hill+Knowlton Strategies as Senior Vice President — where he led the firm's largest U.S. client relationship in corporate and strategic communications: AT&T.

Prior to H+K, Jason provided strategic counsel to the Pickens Plan, a $100 million national campaign to reduce America's dependence on foreign oil. He subsequently served as President & CEO of Schenck Foods Company, a broadline food distribution business generating approximately $40 million in annual revenues — giving him firsthand experience of what clients face as operators, not just communicators.

Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Government from the University of Virginia and attended The Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University.
